Awards & Scholarships
Here is a list of awards and scholarships that I have received during my education. I have attached copies of the letters and/or certificates. Following each title is a brief description of why the award or scholarship was received.
Athletic Entrance Scholarship 2004 – a scholarship based on completing high school with an average above 80%.
Academic Achievement 2005/2006 – awarded for maintaining an average above 75% for the school year.
Cougar Women’s Hockey Award 2005 – based on grades as well as having leadership qualities and exhibiting high standards of moral character.
Doug Wickenheiser Cougar Women’s Hockey Leadership Award 2006 – based on academic standing as well as demonstrating leadership qualities and outstanding ability in the sport of hockey.
Provincial Sport Governing Body Student Athlete Award 2006, 2008 – funded by the Saskatchewan Hockey Association. Based on eligibility in University sport and good academic standing.
CIS Academic All Canadian 2007 – awarded for completing studies with an average over 80% for the year.
Academic Achievement 2007/2008 - awarded for maintaining an average above 75% for the school year.
